These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Red Green Light mobile application ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.
The App is provided to you free of charge under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use on an Android device that you own or control. Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or redistributing the App without permission is not allowed.
The App lets a user manually record traffic-light changes at a chosen intersection and then attempts to predict future changes by fitting statistical models to those records. The predictions are produced entirely on-device from the user's own taps.
Critical safety disclaimer. Predictions produced by the App are for informational and convenience purposes only. The actual timing of a real traffic signal can differ from predictions due to adaptive control systems (e.g. SCATS), temporary traffic management, equipment failures, signal plan updates, local authority intervention, or simple mis-taps in your own data. You must always obey the real traffic signal and applicable traffic laws. Never rely on predictions as a basis for crossing, accelerating, braking, or any other driving decision.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the predictions will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to traffic violations, fines, property damage, personal injury, loss of life, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the App, even if the developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it and uninstall it.

The developer may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the App. The developer may discontinue the App at any time without notice and without liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of the jurisdiction where the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

你对本应用不满时的唯一救济方式是停止使用并卸载本应用。

开发者可能随时更新本应用或本条款。在更新后继续使用本应用即表示 你接受修订后的条款。
你可以随时卸载本应用来终止本协议。开发者可在任何时候在不另行 通知且不承担责任的情况下停止本应用的提供。
本条款受开发者所在司法管辖区的适用法律管辖并据其解释，不考虑 法律冲突规则。
